Back and in control

Ok, so I went off the deep end and haven't been on in months. I've moved broke up with my guy and started a new job, not to meantion the Holidays. All in all I went from 98lbs to 107lns in a little over 2 months. WTF!!! I so thought I had the lifestyle changes down. I kept it off and for over a year. I'm so over this fat, un comfortable feeling. So, I'm back and going to be better than ever and FAST as possible. I've so missed Ana. It's like I'm not overnight stuck in someone else's body and it's discusting. AGHHH

Glad to be back and can't wait to hear have everyone has been.

We can do this.

Love ya Ladies. TT

P.S. I need T.spo promto if anyone can help.

my new favorite low cal lunch

I grab a tupperware bowl in the mornings and stuff with cauliflower and spinach then drown in 0 calorie spray ( lid off) and then shake in garlic powder. I shake it to coat then microwave to wilt and warm up and it's delic.

How many calorie I don't know. Any ideas? I know spinach and cauliflower are supose to be negative calorie foods and garlic powder and the butter spray has 0 so maybe none!!!

I need thinspo. Please send.

SS lovelies

TGIF!!!

We'll the fast yesterday was all liquid. I even screwed up and ate a 50cal string cheese late at night. But, at last I still lost WOO HOO I'm so super excited. Finally, got over the 99 hump. Scales said 98.4 this morning. I know it's not much but, I was starting to think my body was refusing to get lower than 99. Let's just hope I can keep it up.

So far today..Coffee,90 cal rice cake snack (all for energy as deprived yesterday).

LOrd, I just hope I don't get so excited I binge and lose this start to progress.

Still, I'm staying positive.

We can do this!!!

When you go a liquid or water only fast, how do you not kill your metabolism?

OK SERIOUSLY....I NEED REVIEWS ON DIET PILLS. ANYONE HAVE ANY LIKES OR DISLIKES OR EXPERIENCES....PLS SHARE WITH ME PLEASE

:)

I'm officially off all restrictions from my post-op surgery recovery. I'm free to do whatever I feel comfortable doing. Yeah, and the new "girls" look awesome. I had convinced myself I would stop obsessing so much about my lower body weight gain if I wasn't so top small. I just thought it was proportion like that. Fat chance I'm more obsessed now and have to have perfection. Aghh. It will never be enough. So the cycle continues....da da da!!!

To top it off I'm at a plateau....what is my body just used to these low cals? 3 days in a row...wake up 99.4 go to bed 101.2.....I need 95.0 before the end of the summer!! I can't believe I kept it all off all winter so the summer wouldn't be a back track and I gain after surgery and right as summer starts. bummer, right!

You are all an inspiration. SS

I need...

How cool would it be if someone could actually invent a folding scale, you could put in your purse? If they can make a folding keyboard and a talking kitchen....why not a folding pocket acurate scale?

Just a thought ..i have all day as I yurn for mine while at work and after every bite. aghh
